By accessing or using our web applications (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

 

1. Description of the Service

Our web applications are designed for real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, transaction coordinators, lenders, title offices, inspectors, and appraisers. Our apps provide organizational tools for managing real estate transaction data and documents.  Our apps do not provide legal, financial, or brokerage advice.

 

2. User Roles & Permissions

Our apps support the following user roles:

• Buyer

• Seller

• Buyer’s Agent

• Seller’s Agent

• Title Office

• Lender

• Inspector

• Appraiser

Account Rules

• Users may not invite other users

• Users may not share access to transactions

• Each account is for a single authorized user only

• Role-based access controls determine permitted actions

 

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal documents

• Use the App for non–real estate related activities

• Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code

• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access

• Interfere with system security or performance

• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

• Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination.

 

4. No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice

App:

• Provides workflow and organizational support only

• Does not provide legal advice

• Does not interpret contracts

• Does not guarantee compliance with deadlines or obligations

You remain solely responsible for:

• Reviewing contracts

• Meeting deadlines

• Compliance with all transaction requirements

• Verifying all information entered into the App

 

 

5. AI & Automation Disclaimer

If AI or automation features are present or added in the future:

• AI outputs are assistive only

• AI may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated

• Users must independently verify all information

• No fiduciary, legal, or advisory relationship is created

• Use of AI features is at the user’s own risk

 

6. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Accuracy of all data you upload

• Ensuring you have the right to share documents and information

• Maintaining secure access to your account

• Upon termination, your account and associated data are deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

 

7. Payments & Pricing

• Pricing is per transaction

• No payment information is stored within the App

• No refunds are guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing

 

8. Suspension & Termination

HUFF Real Estate Group, LLC may:

• Suspend accounts for misuse or violations

• Delete inactive accounts

• Remove content that violates these Terms

Termination results in:

• Immediate loss of access

• Deletion of account data from the App

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided “as is”

• No warranties are made regarding availability, accuracy, or outcomes

• HUFF Real Estate Group, LLC is not liable for:

  • Missed deadlines

  • Lost deals

  • Financial losses

  • Data errors entered by users

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HUFF Real Estate Group, LLC from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the App

• Uploaded content

• Violation of these Terms

• Violation of applicable laws

 

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: State of Texas

• Dispute Resolution: Mandatory Binding Arbitration

• Venue: Bexar County, Texas

• You waive the right to participate in class actions.

 

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
