Group Coaching
Overview
Description
The Multifamily Business System - MBS - (in-person or virtual) group coaching program is specifically designed to assist real estate owners with building a business around a real estate portfolio. The in-person group coaching program offers discussion and group activities to assist in the transformation of each clients respective real estate business.
Cost
The cost of the MBS group coaching program is $1,397.00 per person.
Input
Clients are provided with the Why I Say, Just Buy a Duplex! e-book and the MBS workbook.
Output
The coach will assist client in development of an MBS Business Plan. The plan will capture the transformative changes to the client's business and will be used to track and measure progress on follow-up calls.
Delivery Method
The MBS in-person group coaching program will be conducted over 2 days at HUFF Real Estate Group offices in San Antonio, Texas. Breakfast and lunch are included. The client is responsible for lodging and travel to San Antonio. The training will be 8am to 5pm both days. The MBS virtual coaching program will be conducted via video communications in a group setting at a schedule determined and agreed upon by the group and coach.
Coaching Rules

Homework: Client will be responsible for completing homework prior to all coaching sessions or the session will be cancelled and rescheduled.

Attendance: Client is expected to attend all coaching sessions.

Punctuality: Client will participate in coaching at the designated time. If client is 10 minutes late, session will be cancelled and rescheduled.

Professionalism: We take all coaching seriously. Client and Coach will respect each other. If professionalism cannot be maintained, remaining coaching sessions will be terminated without a refund.

Training Services Agreement
The client and coach will sign and date the Training Services Agreement (TSA) for all intellectual property regarding training and educational material owned by HUFF Real Estate Group, LLC.
Refunds
There are no refunds during or after purchasing the course.

Follow-Up
The coach and client will conduct follow-up sessions to monitor progress after the coaching program has been completed. Each follow-up session will be a weekly 30 min call and discuss the client’s MBS Business Plan. Follow-up will be conducted for a period of 90 days.
